Then you need a BodyBLAST! The Ultimate Body Workout!
£3.50 per session.
What is BodyBLAST?
It is an all-over body workout that will tighten and sculpt your Bum, Legs, Arms and Tummy, as well as improve your overall fitness, strength and flexibility.
What does it involve?
You will do 20-30 minutes of ‘aerobic’ exercise to raise your pulse, get you warm and burn some fat! You might do a bit of dance, maybe some ‘combat’ moves, or just some simple aerobics moves. Don’t worry if you haven’t got any coordination – you don’t need it! Each class will focus on shaping & toning specific areas such as the buttocks, legs, inner & outer thighs, arms, shoulders, tummy and waist. You might do a few squats, maybe some lunges (arghh!!), or some ‘floor’ work. Every class has a tummy workout and finishes with a stretch.
All of the exercises have easier (and harder!) options, so it doesn’t matter how fit you are, BodyBLAST is suitable for everyone! I will squeeze as much in to each class as I possibly can, so you will definitely get your money’s worth!!
